Concrete Hardener Sealer is compounded of silicate inorganic polymer materials and other organic materials. After spraying the product, a dense film is formed on the concrete surface. The dense film shall be prevent free water inside the concrete from evaporation early, thus it can reach the purpose of autotrophic for concrete.
The main component is silicate, through penetration into the concrete surface internal chemical reaction, in the concrete gap of adhesive silicate to block the capillary hole, and solidification cement and sand, to treat the surface of concrete effectively reduce pores, avoid sand, dust and improve the impermeability and wear resistance of concrete.
Due to the chemical function between the Hydrophilic polymer and cement in concrete surface, the compressive, flexural and anti-permeability of concrete and cement mortar are improved remarkably. In addition, the product can enhance the hardness of concrete surface and improve the wear resistance. It is an ideal curing material for cast in place concrete, large prefabricated component, cement floor, cement products, etc.
